Dear Castleberry Homeowner,

 

We are writing to provide notice of the 2025 HOA dues, along with updates and important information about our neighborhood.

 

Upon purchasing a lot in Castleberry, property owners automatically become members of the Homeowners Association and will remain members for the duration of ownership.

 

The annual HOA dues for 2025 are $375 per property. These funds are essential for maintaining and improving our community, including landscaping, maintenance, lighting, upkeep of common areas such as the clubhouse and playground, insurance, and other expenses. The Castleberry Board continues to enhance and maintain our shared spaces while also organizing social events and neighborhood contests throughout the year.

 

Payment Details:

• Amount Due: $375

• Due Date: March 1, 2025

• Late Payment: Payments received after March 31, 2025, will incur additional late fees and penalties.

 

Failure to pay dues may result in a lien being filed on the property.

• Envelopes are available at the clubhouse for your convenience.
